Your agreement

By using altaridgetech.com, any preview we build for you or any of our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services. You must be at least 18 to use our services, and if you agree on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so. We may update these Terms; when we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use the site or services after a change means you accept the update.

What we do

We build, host and run websites for local service businesses, along with services such as an AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, online booking, review requests and local search work. Packages and prices are shown on our packages page and may change over time. Changes don't affect what you've already bought until your next renewal, and we'll tell you before any price change applies to you.

Content restrictions

To stay consistent with our company's values and internal policies, we may decline or discontinue any project that, in our sole discretion, promotes, depicts or primarily relates to religious organizations or practices, spiritism, the occult, magic, witchcraft, supernatural rituals, political campaigns or advocacy, divisive social or ideological causes, sexually explicit or adult content, nudity, pornography, content promoting alternative sexual lifestyles or fetishes, graphic violence, gore or other content that conflicts with our ethical standards. We may also refuse any project involving unlawful, deceptive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise objectionable material. If we decline a project for these reasons, any refund is handled under the Refunds section below.

Free previews

• A preview is a free sample built for your business, with no cost and no obligation.
• Previews are held for a limited time, then expire and are removed.
• Until you buy, a preview and everything in it belongs to Alta Ridge Tech.
• Previews may include stock photos and example wording. Before your site goes live, you review and approve everything on it for accuracy, including licenses, insurance, prices and other claims about your business.

Payment and minimum terms

• A one-time setup fee is charged at checkout, and your monthly fee is billed each month after that. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Elevate and Momentum have a 3-month minimum, and Apex has a 6-month minimum. Foundation is month to month.
• After your minimum, you can cancel any month by email, and service continues through the end of your paid period. If you cancel before your minimum ends, the monthly fees for the rest of the minimum are still due.
• Add-ons are billed at the prices shown when you add them.
• If a payment fails, we'll contact you. Extended non-payment may result in your services being paused or your site going offline.

Our 10-business-day promise

Your website and phone answering go live within 10 business days after we receive your completed intake form, the content we need and your approvals. If we miss that, your first month's monthly fee is free. Texting isn't part of the 10 days, because phone carriers must approve your number first, which usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. Delays while we wait on you extend the timeline.

AI receptionist

• Your package includes the receptionist minutes shown on the packages page. Extra minutes are $0.35 each.
• It answers using the information, services and prices you approve, and you're responsible for keeping that information current. Like any assistant, it can make mistakes, so please review your call summaries.
• It isn't an emergency service. Callers with an emergency should call 911.
• It greets callers as your business. It says it's a virtual assistant when asked, and up front where the law requires.
• Calls it answers may be recorded and transcribed so we can send you summaries and improve the service. You authorize us to do this on your behalf, and we provide the disclosures the law requires.

Texting your customers

Missed-call text-back and review requests go only to people who contacted your business or who are your customers. You're responsible for having permission to text them. We honor opt-outs such as STOP right away. Carriers require your number to be registered before texting starts, and carriers may filter some messages.

Refunds

All sales are final. Each website is custom-built, and you see a personalized preview before you pay, so you know what you're buying before you commit. Because of that, we don't offer refunds, credits or partial refunds for setup fees, packages, upgrades, add-ons or other custom work, including when your preferences or plans change after purchase. You can cancel monthly fees as described above to stop future billing, but payments already made for the current period aren't refundable. The 10-business-day promise above is the one credit we offer.

What you provide

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information, photos, logos and other materials you give us.
• You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us.
• You won't ask us to publish anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or barred by our Content Restrictions.

Delivery and changes

Reasonable updates to text and photos are included in your monthly plan. Redesigns, new pages, new features or work beyond your plan may need a separate quote.

Ownership

• Your web address is yours. We register domains in your name, and you keep it if you leave.
• Your content is yours. Your business information, photos and logo stay your property.
• Our work is ours. Our templates, layouts, code, designs and original images belong to Alta Ridge Tech and are licensed to you for your website while your account is active. They may not be copied, resold or reused elsewhere.

Results

We work hard to bring you more calls, jobs and reviews, but we can't promise specific results, search rankings, AI recommendations, leads or revenue. Dollar figures in our reports are estimates based on the average job value you give us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer or reproduce this website, our previews, templates, images or code, in whole or in part, except to view a preview we built for you. Automated collection of content from this site isn't allowed.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but can't promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, maintenance, backups and security updates are included in your plan. We aren't responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, phone carriers, domain registrars or events beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Alta Ridge Tech isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to cover claims, costs and losses that arise from the materials you give us, the claims on your website that you approve, or your contact with your own customers, including texts and calls made at your direction.

Ending service

You can cancel as described in Payment and minimum terms. We may pause or end service for non-payment or for use that breaks these Terms. When service ends, your web address stays yours, and hosting, phone answering and other services stop.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll work in good faith to fix it within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
